How ordering works

From flowers to a confirmed order

  1. Choose

    Pick a bouquet — or tell us the occasion and your budget and we'll suggest some.

  2. Enquire on WhatsApp

    From a bouquet's page, “Enquire on WhatsApp” sends that bouquet straight away. For several, add them to your basket and “Send basket on WhatsApp”. Opening WhatsApp doesn't place an order.

  3. We confirm the details

    We reply with availability for your date and address, any change to the flowers, and the complete price including delivery.

  4. You accept, then pay

    When you accept, we confirm the order and share payment details. Nothing is paid on this website.

Which parts of Bengaluru do you deliver to?

We're starting with Chamarajpet and Basavanagudi. If you're nearby, message us on WhatsApp: we confirm whether we can deliver to your address, the delivery timing and the final total including delivery before you pay.

Can you deliver on a particular date — or today?

Flowers vary naturally in shade, size and bloom stage. If a flower in your bouquet isn't available, we tell you before you pay and suggest an alternative — or you can cancel.

Can I add a greeting message?

Add your requested message on the bouquet's page or in your basket. Check that design's included features; where a message note isn't listed, we confirm its availability and any charge on WhatsApp. A printed premium card is a separate quoted extra.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Ask us on WhatsApp. Cancellation may be possible before sourcing or preparation begins, depending on the order. Once work has started, cancellation may not be possible. Terms

What if something is wrong when the flowers arrive?

Tell us on WhatsApp as soon as you can, with photos. We review each issue; depending on the case, a replacement, partial replacement, store credit or refund may be offered. Refund policy

How do I pay?

Nothing is paid on this website. We agree the complete quote and payment arrangements on WhatsApp before accepting your order, then share payment details. We never ask for OTPs or banking passwords.
